Plugged Into Power Source

Jn 15:1 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.

He was complaining the television was not working.  He messed with the knobs, he hit it and he was about to take the back off to see what he could do.  Then someone else looked at the outlet.  The television wasn’t plugged into the source of power.

Many times when we face a problem we looked for complicated reasons.  Usually the reason we can’t find the solution for our problems is we fail to check to see if we are plugged into our source of power.  Our Source is God and His Words He gave to us.  Plugging into Him can be hard if we are not into His Word, the Bible.  If we don’t “hide the Words of His mouth in our hearts and minds” it will take us longer to find how to put the plug into His outlet.  When things are not working for us, we need to get on our knees, acknowledge our sins and our lack and ask God to refresh us with His Holy Spirit, His love, His peace and His wisdom.  When we have a fever we take our temperature.  When we find things are not working for us or around us we need to take our temperature of our relationship and dependency on God.
