Luke 12:12 for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say. (The Holy Bible, New International Version)

Where it might be against the law to worship God through Jesus would there be enough evidence against us to convict us of guilt? What kind of evidence would they need? We would have to have a consistent life between our words and our actions. Many give lip service to Christianity. Many go through some outward actions like attending a Christian church service several weeks of the year. This is not enough evidence. Besides always believing with our words and our actions we must be willing and able to believe in hard times. There is no room in heaven for a “fair weather Christian.” If we really believe we will walk through storms with our faith in tact. Jesus tells us that when we walk through storms, even the storm of being put on trial for our faith, He will be with us through His Holy Spirit. If we don’t learn how to hear Him speak to us during our times of prayer and meditation when all is well we will probably not be able to hear Him during times of struggle and stress. Our question is are we listening every day? Are we learning to recognize His voice within us in all situations? Let’s practice listening.
