Exodus 3:14  And God said to Moses, “I AM Who I Am.”

I’ve always concentrated on the “I AM” meaning God always is and we are to live in the present.  There is more to Who He says He is.  The last part, “Who I Am” is another way of saying “what you see is what you get.”  There is no pretense in God.  That is no darkness in God.  There is no inconsistency in God.  God is always Who He says He is.  He says He never changes.  God, Son, Jesus, is a reflection of Him.  He is also “Who I Am.”  We are to be a true and transparent in who we are.  More than that we are to be true and transparent in Whose we are.  We are children of the Living God.  We are to consistently  show who and Whose we are.  Our question is when others look at us or hear us do they see or hear Whose we are?  Are we really being temples for our Living God?  Let us consistently show we are who we are rather than just trying to present ourselves as who others want or expect us to be.
