Acts 3:6. But Peter said, “I have no silver or gold, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ the Nazarene, stand up and walk!”

Peter had faith.  He was able to speak with a commanding voice and tell the lame man to stand up and walk.  The man had a choice. He could just continue to sit and remain lame or he could allow his hopes to kindle his faith, encouraged be the faith of Peter, and stand up and walk.  He chose to stand.  When we pray we have a choice.  We can pray with boldness and faith or we can pray without expectation.  When we pray for others or others pray for us there is also a choice to be made.  The one praying can do it in an encouraging and bold way emitting faith to encourage and unite with the faith of another.  Let us encourage each other uniting in faith.
