Romans 5:5. And hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Our question is when do we avail ourselves of the gifts and power of God’s Holy Spirit who resides in us? Do we just count on Him when we pray? Do we just count on him when we need to know what to do? Those Re good and appropriate times but God gains us his Holy Spirit to be in and used by us 24 times 7. He is with us as we sleep, giving us peaceful rest. He is with us throughout our days assuring us of God’s continual love and presence with us. He is with us to enable us to converse with the Father throughout our day. Our goal is to become aware of His continual presence. It may not always be appropriate to speak to him aloud but we can carry on a conversation within our minds. God wants us to be one in Him as Jesus is. Let us become more aware of His Holy Spirit within us and allow him to move us into that oneness
