Luke 2:49. But he replied, “Why were you looking for me? Didnt you know that I must be in my Fathers house?”

Jesus wanted to be in His Father’s house to be about His Father’s business. He was not there to be entertained but to share scripture. We should not go to church merely for what we can get. We go for what we can do. Do we say, “What can I do?” or do we say, ” find someone else?”. Paul said, “Lord, what wilt Thou have me to do?” Too many of us think–entertain me, make the music and the sermon please me, say what I want to hear. If we would prove that we are the legitimate children of God, we must find out the best way of carrying out God’s wishes. It’s not about me, me, me but God and God alone. Our question is are we about our Father’s business are we trying to use Him about our business? Let us join Isaiah and say, “Use me,”
