Hebrews 10:24. And let us take thought of how to spur one another on to love and good works,
L

We are very judgemental by nature. We compare others with ourselves by the standards we set for ourselves. When they do, talk or think differently we smugly put down or criticize. We are told here to encourage one another in live. We are to help one another through good works. This takes action on our part. We can’t just sit and judge, we must help and encourage. When we see someone struggling we are to step up and say, “Let me help.” or “what can I do to help.” Our question is how often do we encourage others by saying, “good job” or other encouraging and positive statements. We are so fearful that in praising someone for doing a good job diminishes what we door have done. This comes from our obsession with self. Let us choose to love others and lift them up, not only before God’s direction throne of grace but to them and to others. Let us become encouragers rather than judges.
