Exodus 3:14 God said to Moses, “ I am that I am.” And he said, “You must say this to the Israelites, I am has sent me to you. ”

God said, “I Am.” We say, “God is.” These 2 verbs, “am” and “is” are in the present tense. There is no past of “was” nor future of “will be.” God is. He never changes. We use both past and present tenses for ourselves. We are in a continual state of becoming. As finite creations we either move forward or we die. There are no freeze-dried people. Our question is what are we becoming? We have a choice. We can become into a oneness with God as He originally created us or we can become further away until we can no longer see, hear or call on Him. We become into oneness with God through His Son, Jesus Christ. The tool He uses to re-mold us is His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit shapes us through worship of God, meditation on His written word, the Holy Bible, prayer and circumstances we experience. Which direction do you choose?
