Pray with Feet

Ephesians 6:15. by fitting your feet with the preparation that comes from the good news of peace,

There are many types of prayer: praise, thanksgiving, confession, intercession and others. Some prayers must result in our action of using our feet. It’s like a man standing in his yard praying for some money. A neighbor sees him and goes to him offering him money if he’d mow the neighbor’s lawn. The first man answers, ”I can’t. I’m busy praying for God to bring me some money.” This really isn’t funny. It’s sad. We ask God for things but we don’t want to be part of the answer. Our question is do we expect to ask and sit and wait for God to do all the work or will we choose to allow God to enable us and work through us.
