Interfacing with God’s Eyes

Philippians 1:20. according to my earnest expectation and hope, that in nothing shall I be put to shame, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether by life, or by death.

Paul experienced fears and disappointments as we do. He asked for prayers for boldness to stand up for Jesus. We may not be facing the dangers Paul faced but there are many times written don’t stand in boldness and later feel ashamed at our lost opportunity. Perhaps it was the way we interfaced with someone. Did we show them the love of God through us? So often our mouths and/or actions aren’t in line with our confession of faith in Jesus and our desire to be obedient to Him in all we say and do. Let us pray for sensitivity to hear and see others through Hod’s love and interface accordingly.
