Matthew 28:19-20 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
We know we are to go, a word of action. We know we are to make disciples (followers of Jesus), also a word of action. Our question is how are we to make disciples? Jesus said by teaching them to observe all He commands. His commands are in the written word, the Holy Bible. One of the best ways to teach is by example. Our question is what kind of example are we and what is our example teaching? Jesus always showed consideration. Are we a considerate driver? Jesus showed love to all. Do we try to avoid certain people? We can continue on and on with questions like these. Let us be sure what we say and do teaches the life of Jesus to others.
