Prayer Interuptions

Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Like me, you’ve probably experienced interrupting thoughts during your time of prayer. We’re praying about something and suddenly a non-related thought diverts our attention. Quite often it’s because we’ve been so busy we’ve not had time to address that thought. What better time than prayer time to take that thought to God and talk with Him about it. It might be a forgotten task to do or something we meant to decide. It doesn’t matter because all things are right to bring to God for His direction in our lives. Next time you feel bombarded with “interruptive thoughts” treat them as divine interruptions and bring them before God.
