Super Moon

1 Corinthians 15:41 41 The sun has one kind of splendor, the moon another and the stars another; and star differs from star in splendor. (NIV)

Last night was the “super moon.”  My son-in-law set up the telescope.  It was a beautiful, clear night, perfect for viewing.  We could see the craters in the moon.  We could also see lots of planets and stars.  We were looking at the awesomeness of God’s creation.  It also brought back memories of sitting by the television waiting for man’s first step on the moon.  That God has given us the ability to explore some of His creation outside of the earth is amazing.  The more we learn through exploration and science of His creation, the more we are awed by His power.  His creation obeys Him.  It doesn’t argue but simply does as He created it to do.  That is all but mankind that He created.  We fight Him.  We fight doing what He created us to do.  He created us to let His glory shine through us even brighter and bigger than this super moon shined.  Yet He continues to love us.  Let us choose to be as the super moon an let His glory shine through us through our obedience to His word.  Let us choose to let His love shine through us to all of His creation, including all mankind regardless of their beliefs.  Let us love.
