Matthew 13:3 3 Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed. (NIV)

 Open your own Bible and re-read this parable of the sower.  Read it slowly and carefully.  Even if you have it memorized.  Read about where the different seeds land and what happens to them.  Then ask the Holy Spirit to match the areas of the seeds thrown with the different areas in your own life.  We all have areas in us that are like the rocky places as well as those that are good soil.  It is time for us to get serious about all aspects of our lives and be sure we develop good soil in every area. God wants all of our hearts and minds, not just a few areas.
