Acts 4:20 20 As for us, we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard.” (NIV)

The disciples were successful in building up the Bride of Christ (the church of believers) because they couldn’t help but speak about what they had seen and heard,  We have also seen and heard from God.  We see miracles if we have eyes to see, every day.  We see miracles of creation, of lives turned around and so many other things if we would just look.  We hear God speak to our inner self, we hear Him as we read the Bible, we hear Him through the mouth of others if we will just open our ears.  Our problem is distraction.  We get too involved in things that don’t last.  We allow those things to sap our energy and forget how excited we were when we first realized God loves us.  We need to reaffirm God loves us the first thing every morning.  Say it out loud.  Keep saying it until we really believe it.  When we really believe it we should be excited.  When we really believer something and are excited about it we want to share it.  Let us be like the early disciples.  Let us speak about God the Father, God the Son (Jesus) and God the Holy Spirit Whom we see and hear.
