Job 42:2 2 “I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted.  (NIV)

This is a guarantee.  No purpose of God’s can ever be stopped.  Since that is true I would think all of us would rather be cooperating with God’s purpose rather than be on the losing team and trying to be against His purpose.  We might ask, what is God’s purpose?  His purpose is plainly recorded in His written Word, the Holy Bible.  As we read, study and meditate on it His purpose will gradually become clear.  He created us to have fellowship with Him.  Are we really in fellowship with Him?  If not, what’s stopping us?  He desires all to be in fellowship with Him.  Are we doing our part to help all others be in fellowship with Him?  If not, why aren’t we?  These are questions we all must take to heart in an honest way.  With God it is all or nothing.  We are either for Him or against Him.  We cannot be part-time children.  God is love but His love is serious, not flippant.  I pray we all realize time is getting short, we are here to love, fellowship and serve God and we need to invest our time, hearts, minds and lives in Him.
