Matthew 28:20 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (NIV)

Are you constantly aware of God’s presence with you?  Jesus promised He would always be with us.  He fulfilled that promise when we welcomed Him into our hearts, minds and lives by filling us with His Holy Spirit.  We are never alone without Him with us.  The problem is we so often are unaware of His very real presence with and in us.  We must learn to become consistently aware of His presence with and in us.  We do this with practice.  We continually remind ourselves He is with us.  We talk to Him through out day.  This talk can be audible and also can be just in our minds.  I’ve recommended this book before.  It is a free e-book by Brother Lawrence called “Practicing the Presence.”  It’s not very long but it is very powerful.  It can really help with learning how to practice the very real presence of God.  Let us learn to always be aware of His presence with and in us with every breath we take.
