Great Joy

Jude 1:24 24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— (NIV)

What beautiful promises.  God has given us the Holy Spirit Who is able to keep us from stumbling.  Our problem is listening to Him.  Jesus will present us to the glorious presence of the Father telling Him we are without fault because of His sacrifice.  He paid the entire cost of our sinfulness.  There is no greater joy.  Because of Jesus and I privilege through Him to call God our Father, we tend to forget Who God really is.  We use His name liberally and, sometimes without respect.  Let us remember daily Who God is and what a privilege He has given us in adopting us into His family as His children.  Let us remember daily the cost both to God the Father and God the Son.  Let us honor Him by listening daily to the Holy Spirit as He whispers to us.
