James 4:14 14 Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. (NIV)

I used to be proud of my procrastination.  I prided myself on how many things I could delay until another day.  I delayed an important thank you note so long that the intended recipient died before I ever wrote it.  This ended my procrastination.  We never know what tomorrow may bring.  When the Holy Spirit puts something on our heart the time to do or say it is now.  God will see the thing gets said or done but we might be the ones to miss out on the blessing of being the vessel He uses because we failed to respond right away.  Yes, we have all eternity after we accept Jesus into our hearts, minds and life but on this earth,  we only have the moment we are experiencing.  Our next breath may be the one that brings us into the very real presence of God.  Let us not miss out on any blessing He has for us on this earth.  Let us always respond immediately to the bidding of the Holy Spirit.
