Deuteronomy 29:29 29 The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law. (NIV)

God is infinite.  We are finite.  There is no way to put infinite into finite.  We try to put God into our finite understanding.  We try to box Him in a way that fits our finite thinking.  God is too big, to infinite for us to fully understand.  That is one of the reasons He sent His Word, His Son, Jesus, to this earth in a finite body.  Because we can’t understand the infinite, God put on flesh to demonstrate Who He is to us.  God is love.  This is a love we can’t fully understand.  If you are a parent, put yourself In God’s place.  Someone is being accused of things that demand a death sentence.  You tell your child to take their place and die in their behalf, even though your own child has done nothing wrong.  You love your child but are sacrificing your own child for a sake of one who doesn’t even really know you and who has done bad things.  Could you do it?  No.  I doubt any loving parent could do this.  But God, our infinite God, did this for us.  While we were sinners, while we didn’t know His love, while we lived our lives any way we wanted to, God sent His son to demonstrate His love in such a way that our finite minds could understand a little of that love.  Let us remember we can’t put Someone so infinite into our molds.  Let us open our minds to all of what God chooses to reveal to us.  With God, through His Son, all things are possible, even for us.
