John 3:17 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. (NIV)

Many, many people can quote John 3:16 but not so many know what the following verse says.  It seems we spend a good bit of time condemning, criticizing and complaining.  How much time do we spend in praying about the things we are condemning, criticizing or complaining about?  We can’t save any part of the world but God can save all of it.  He wants us to be part of His work by uniting with His power through prayer.  It is our prayers that connect our finite world with God’s infinite world and power.  We need to encourage one another to pray fervently until results are seen in our time and space.  We encourage each other by sharing answers we have seen and by joining with others to pray for specific issues.  Let us turn our condemning, criticizing and complaining into prayers of faith and power.
