Ecclesiastes 2:25 25 for without him, who can eat or find enjoyment? (NIV)

There is only one thing that will last for all eternity.  That is our personal relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ.  Our own fame on this earth, our material possessions and everything we have worked for and accumulated will fade away.  This fact should help us with our priorities.  What do we do the most time doing?  What do we seek after the most?  Where is our passion spent?  If any of our answers are not in seeking an intimate relationship with God through Jesus, we are wasting our time on this earth and all we do is futile.  We need to regularly check our priorities.  Are we loving God with all our heart, all our mind and all our strength above all else?  God is helping us by continually filling us with His Holy Spirit.  There is no way we can do this on our own.  Let us continually ask the Holy Spirit to quicken within us our love for God and give us the wisdom to seek Him first and foremost above all things.
