Psalms 100:2 2 Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs. (NIV)

So many think they can only worship the Lord in a church service with a worship leader.  They think they need to be in a group of people to help them sing or speak forth their love for God in worship and praise.  We are to worship our God each and every day.  We don’t gather together every day so that means we need to learn to worship God on our own.  To help us learn, we can put on a CD or tune in the internet to have some worship and praise songs we know to sing with.  We don’t need to sing on key.  God says just to make a joyful noise.  Hearing others (even if only through our own electronics) helps and encourages us to join with what we hear.  Before long we will be able to continue our singing or spoken worship and praise for God to Him without the aide of others.  We worship and praise with others as a sign of our unity in the family of God.  When others aren’t around, we still show our unity with God through His Holy Spirit dwelling within us.  Let’s get our CD’s out or tune into some praise and worship songs, raise our hands and fill God’s ears with the sounds of love and praise from His children.
